Polymer is recognized as one of the most important materials together with ceramics and metals. Our life is supported by several functional and engineering polymers showing useful properties such as material separation, transmission and accumulation of information, and assistance for biological functions. We are researching design and synthesis of advanced functional polymers, and characterization of the properties.
